St-Petersburg is the former capital of Russia, the most European  city
of the country. It is
famous for its masterpieces of architecture, museums, theaters and
music, science and higher
education. You will never forget the embankment of the Neva river  in
the light of our white
nights with many people (young and not very young) enjoying the walk .
Weather in July is warm and mild with about 20-22 Centigrade during day
and 14-16 at night
and mild Baltic winds.
The city is linked to many European and American cities with direct air
flights. It is only one
hour of flight or few hours of train from Moscow-the capital of the
country where you can get
from more than hundred cities all over the world. You can get here with
your car via Poland,
Finland or Baltic States.
Location of the participants will be in the center of the city in two to
five stars hotels
according to you reservation form.

Inform us as soon as possible about your possible participation in
HYPOTHESIS-III and send
the addresses (including e-mail) of the scientists to be invited.
